1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how GenZ Sh.P.K collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data in connection with the Zojat & Zotnit mobile applications and related online services (collectively, the "Service"). GenZ Sh.P.K is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, the user acknowledges the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, the user must not use the Service.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Service, including customer accounts, worker and company accounts, operator and administrative tooling used to operate the platform, and related support communications. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services that are not controlled by GenZ Sh.P.K, even if they are linked from or integrated with the Service.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on the user's role and use of the Service, GenZ Sh.P.K may process the following categories of personal data:
3.1 Account and identity data
Name, email address, telephone number, authentication credentials or authentication-provider identifiers, profile photograph, account role, and related profile information.
3.2 Service and transaction data
Job requests, offers, bookings, service addresses, service preferences, schedules, ratings, disputes, refund requests, verification documents, and related operational records.
3.3 Communications data
Messages exchanged through in-app messaging and communications with support or moderation functions, including metadata necessary to deliver and secure those communications.
3.4 Location data
Service address details and, where the user grants permission, device location data used to establish or confirm service locations and worker attendance (including clock-in and clock-out events).
3.5 Payment and financial data
Payment method selections, transaction records, payout details, and related billing information. Card payments may be processed by licensed third-party payment providers. GenZ Sh.P.K does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
3.6 Device and usage data
Device identifiers, push notification tokens, application activity logs, language preferences, diagnostic information, and security logs required to operate, maintain, and protect the Service.
4. Purposes of Processing
GenZ Sh.P.K processes personal data for the following purposes:
- to create, authenticate, and administer user accounts;
- to facilitate matching between customers and service professionals and to manage bookings;
- to process payments, payouts, refunds, and disputes;
- to deliver service-related notices, operational updates, and support communications;
- to verify worker identity and eligibility where required;
- to maintain platform integrity, including fraud prevention, abuse detection, safety, and security monitoring;
- to analyze and improve Service performance, reliability, and user experience;
- to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and law-enforcement obligations.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent data-protection law applies, GenZ Sh.P.K processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract with the user, or steps taken at the user's request prior to entering into a contract;
- compliance with a legal obligation to which GenZ Sh.P.K is subject;
- the legitimate interests of GenZ Sh.P.K in operating, securing, and improving the Service, provided such interests are not overridden by the user's fundamental rights and freedoms;
- the user's consent, where required by applicable law (for example, certain device permissions or optional communications).
Where processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data
GenZ Sh.P.K may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, solely as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- customers and service professionals involved in a booking or related workflow;
- payment processors, banking partners, and financial institutions;
- cloud hosting, messaging, analytics, infrastructure, and customer-support providers acting as processors on behalf of GenZ Sh.P.K;
- professional advisers, auditors, and insurers where reasonably required;
- competent public authorities, courts, or regulators where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, GenZ Sh.P.K, or third parties.
GenZ Sh.P.K does not sell personal data.
7. Messaging and User Content
Where the user uses in-app messaging, message content is made available to the participants in the relevant conversation. GenZ Sh.P.K and its authorized support or moderation personnel may access such content where reasonably necessary to provide the Service, enforce applicable terms and policies, investigate reports, or comply with legal obligations.
8. International Transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than the country in which the user resides. Where personal data is transferred internationally, GenZ Sh.P.K implements appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
9. Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as the user's account remains active and thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, meet accounting and tax requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data category and legal requirement.
10. Account Deletion and Data Subject Requests
Users may request deletion of their account through the Zojat & Zotnit application or through the publicly available account-deletion page associated with the Service. Users may also submit access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection requests, where available under applicable law, by contacting GenZ Sh.P.K at support@xyz.com.
GenZ Sh.P.K will respond to verifiable requests within the time limits required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained after account deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, including payment records, completed transaction history, dispute records, and information necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
11. Security
GenZ Sh.P.K implements administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children
The Service is intended solely for persons aged 18 years or older. GenZ Sh.P.K does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age. If GenZ Sh.P.K becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 18 without appropriate legal basis, such data will be deleted promptly.
13. Automated Decision-Making
GenZ Sh.P.K does not use personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the user, except where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, authorized by law, or based on the user's explicit consent.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
GenZ Sh.P.K may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be published through the Service or at the applicable public URL, together with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will take effect upon publication or as otherwise required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms where permitted by law.
